Helmets

If you haven't heard already, the boys both had to get helmets. They both have very flat heads and in order to fix them, they need to wear special helmets for a few months. They will need to wear these all day everyday. We just got them yesterday and I can already tell they HATE them! This is definitely going to be an interesting experience! With tomorrow being halloween, we should have dressed them up as football players, instead of pumpkins! ;)

Best Buddies

I thought I would share some pics of the boys hanging out together. They already talk to each other when sitting next to each other. They also smile and giggle with each other.....it's so cute! I can already tell they are going to grow up to be best friends.....and if they are anything like Mommy or Daddy, they will be VERY competitive with each other! :)

Eating solids

We started the boys on cereal a few days ago and it has definitely been a learning experience for them! Most of the cereal ends up on their face and hands, since both of them want to eat their hands more than the cereal!

4 months old already!

Here are some updated pics of the boys, who are 4 months old already! Peyton weighs 14 lbs. 12 oz and Landon weighs 14 lbs 9 oz. And big sister Jayden only weighs 28 lbs at 3 years old! The boys are going to catch up to her fast! The boys are smiling, giggling and talking all the time now, which is so much fun!! Jayden loves to hold her brothers, but you have to keep a close eye on her, because as soon as she is sick of holding them, she decides to push them off her lap!! Jayden is getting so grown up and is such a big helper with the boys. She reads books to her brothers all the time.......I am just waiting for the moment when she has to start sharing her books with them! That won't go over as well!

Peyton & Landon's Dedication

We had the boys dedicated at our church on Sunday. It was a beautiful service and I had tears in my eyes when Corey said a prayer over the boys in front of the church (I think Aunt Kristen did too!) We are very blessed to have such healthy, beautiful boys and we thank God for bringing these two miracles into our lives.

Flu Season.....

Even though it's only the beginning of October, we already got a taste of the flu season in the Smith house. Corey had the flu on Monday/Tuesday and of course I got it after work on Friday night and thru the entire weekend! It was horrible, and to top it all off, I missed one of my best friend's weddings because of it! Ruth got married on Saturday at the Minnesota Zoo and we weren't able to go, because I was feeling like crap! I feel so bad we missed it. We are just hoping that none of the kids get the bug too.....
